For many years we have been engaged in finding solutions for flexible packaging production. We work with polyethylene and polypropylene materials, aluminium foil, paper and other types of packaging as well as with the combinations of materials to create laminates.
More often than not we have to deal with nonstandard tasks related to packaging of special products, select material and create packs with due regard of filling, transportation and storage requirements. Our people use their expertise and experience gained in this field to make packaging meeting Clients’ demands. Our end-to-end production process makes it possible to change film formulations, match colours and adjust the reel width (from narrow strips to 1.5 m reels).
Greenhouse films comprise another line of our products. Often we get orders for producing films with special light stabilizers to assure film service life of 2; 5 or 7 years.
Printing on products intended for extended storage in outdoor warehouses is done by fast-to-light inks. The range of such products is quite wide including construction materials and mixes, bagged soil, pellets and the like.
On Clients’ request we can adjust and customize other film properties, for example, increase/decrease slip rating, provide mat finish, improve elasticity or strength.
All our films ensure superior barrier performance and weldability and hence they can be easily converted at any packaging machine safely protecting the product inside from external effects.
